Our Warranty 

Decking and Furniture are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 1 years from date of purchase. Any abuse or neglect by Purchaser or third party will void the warranty.
The CPA warranty, as well as the manufacturer’s warranty, will not apply to Goods which, once
Delivered, are:
• not used in accordance with maintenance and care advice;
• misused;
• abused;
• damaged by accident or negligence.

To the extent that the Customer wants to have the Goods repaired, the costs of repair and related transport costs will be for the Customer’s account. If Goods are found to be defective within the first 10 days from the date of Delivery, you may return the Goods to your nearest GFP store for repair,
replacement or a refund of the Price paid for the Goods at the time of purchase exclude delivery cost. Please note that we may have to first return the Goods to the manufacturer, supplier or service provider, in order to confirm manufacturer’s fault and to eliminate any Customer induced damage.

Jungle Gym’s, when properly installed are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 1 years from date of purchase. Any abuse or neglect by Purchaser or third party will void the warranty. Standard recycled plastic timber will not suffer against splintering, damage under normal conditions of use and exposure, effective from the time of invoice through a period of twenty (20) years. Should any failure occur within the warranty period, GFP shall upon written notification, correct the part(s) either by repairing the defective part(s) or by supplying new part(s) within 60 days of receipt of the written notification. GFP shall not be responsible for providing labor or incurring the cost of labor to remove the defective part(s) and install any repaired or new part or parts Outside the Gauteng Province. All replacement parts shall be guaranteed for the balance of the original warranty period. This warranty does not cover any claims arising from expansion or contraction of the product nor any differences in color, fading, or spotting intrinsic to the product and vandalism .

Limitations of Coverage
GFP shall have no liability for defects or damage resulting from;
Variations or changes in colour.

The installation directly on top of or attached to a concrete slab, installation directly on top of other decking, or any installation which precludes proper ventilation above, below, and to the side. The Lack of proper 4-5mm side to side gapping between deck boards for drainage, cleaning and ventilation.

Non-approved surface treatments applied to the deck. Stains from galvanized or uncoated screws. Use as a structural member. Improper handling, storage, abuse or neglect by Purchaser or third party.  Our warranty covers the composition or makeup of the timber itself.
Due to the millions of uses of this product, we obviously cannot cover issues of vandalism, poor or improper installation(DIY) or any condition or environment that would be considered abnormal to recycled plastic timber. This warranty does not cover claims for items that have been subject to abuse, improper or abnormal use, negligence, failure to maintain, fire, or accident including without limitation, acts of God, environmental pollutants, vandalism or that have been modified, altered or modified without the prior written approval of GFP.

We offer a 20 year limited warranty and do guarantee our recycled plastic product against damage caused by insects, dry rot, mildew, corrosion and fungal decay.
